Motorsport Australia is the National Sporting Authority for four-wheeled motorsport, delegated this responsibility by the Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) and the Australian Federal Government.

The FIA aims to ensure that motorsport is conducted in accordance with the highest standards of safety, fairness and social responsibility, and Motorsport Australia – together with more than 120 other ASNs in over 100 nations – is committed to carrying out the mission of the FIA.

The main goal of Motorsport Australia is to advance and grow motorsport for all participants across Australia. It has over 90,000 members from 590 affiliated clubs, including almost 28,000 licensed competitors and over 10,000 volunteer officials.

As the trusted custodian, Motorsport Australia is the developer and facilitator of sustainable, safe and fair sport.
